Ingredients
Product | amount |
Flour | 430-450 g |
Butter | 150 g |
Sugar | 100 g |
Vanilla sugar | 10 g |
Eggs | 2 pcs. |
Soda | 0.5 tsp |
Vinegar | 0.5 tsp |
Salt | pinch |
Jam (thick) / jam / jam | 200-300 g |
Step cooking
- Break two eggs into a deep bowl. Beat them well with a whisk to get a homogeneous liquid. Slowly add sugar to the eggs and mix. If you are not a fan of too sweet pastries, the amount of sugar can be slightly reduced.
- Pour a pinch of salt and 10 g of vanilla sugar into the resulting mass. Vanilla sugar can be replaced with vanilla extract (approximately 1 tsp).
- Butter should be soft. Therefore, you need to get it out of the refrigerator early. Cut into pieces and put in eggs and sugar. Stir until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Pour soda into the mass, which must be repaid with any food acid (vinegar, lemon or orange juice). Stir again.
- Now it’s the turn of flour - pour a little and mix. When the dough ceases to spread, it can be laid out on the table and knead well.
- The dough should be soft, shiny, not stick to your hands.
- Divide the dough into two unequal parts, approximately 60/40. Wrap a smaller piece in film and put it in the freezer for an hour; wrap the larger one and send it to the refrigerator as much.
- After an hour, turn on the oven at 200 ° C. Spread a piece of parchment paper on the table. Get the dough out of the refrigerator and roll it on paper into a layer (3-4 mm thick).
- Carefully move the batter paper onto the baking sheet. Top with a thin layer of jam on the dough (replacement - absolutely any jam or jam). What it will be made of - no matter, only the density is important. Too liquid filling just spreads.
- Remove a smaller piece from the freezer and simply grate it over the jam. Make sure that the grated dough is evenly distributed over the entire surface.
- Put the baking sheet in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
- Cut the finished cookies, while it is still hot, into portions, otherwise it will be problematic then - the cookies will crumble and break.
- Let the liver cool, and you can enjoy yourself!
