Milk | 100 ml |
Parsley | 10 g |
Parmesan Cheese | 40 g |

Tomato Puree | 400 g |
Vegetable oil | 4 tbsp. l |

Step cooking
- Prepare the minced meat. To do this, put the minced meat in a bowl, add salt, dried garlic, ground black pepper, parsley to it.
- Pour the breadcrumbs with milk and mix well. Also add them to the stuffing. Add one egg there.
- Mix all the ingredients well. Add the parmesan cheese, grated on a coarse grater, and also mix.
- We form meatballs and put them on the board.
- Then we envelop each meat ball in flour and put it on the board.
- Heat the pan. When it warms up, add vegetable oil.
- We spread meatballs in a pan, folding them tightly to each other. Fry meatballs over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
- Prepare the sauce. To do this, heat another pan, add vegetable oil and fry finely chopped onions in it.
- Do not forget to turn the meatballs! In a pan with onions, when it becomes golden, add the tomatoes in their own juice. Mix all the ingredients well. Pour the tomato puree there and mix.
- Add red capsicum, a couple of bay leaves, dried basil and dried garlic. Add the flakes of chili pepper and sugar.
- Mix all the spices in the sauce well. Stew the sauce for 10 minutes on low heat. When the meatballs are ready, add them to the sauce and dip them well in it.
- Cover and simmer for 30 minutes over low heat.
- After a while, sprinkle meatballs with herbs. Done! Meatballs can be served. Enjoy your meal!
