Step cooking
- Peel 1 large onion, cut into 4-6 parts. Put onion slices in a glass or bowl of a blender.
- Add 1 teaspoon of Sunflower Hops. Chop the seasoned onions until smooth.
- In a deep bowl or bowl, put 600 grams of minced pork.
- Break 2 chicken eggs into the minced meat. If the eggs are small, you can add another egg.
- Add 100 grams of well-washed long-grain rice. Rinse the rice until the water flowing from it is clear. Transfer the mixture of onions and spices from the blender into a bowl or bowl.
- Stuff the minced meat well. Salt and pepper the mixture to taste, stir again.
- Use your hands or spoon to pick up portions of minced meat and make meatballs about 5-6 cm in diameter. Put the meatballs on the work surface with a silicone, plastic mat or wooden board.
- Heat a pan with 40-60 ml of vegetable oil well. Pour 2 tablespoons of wheat flour onto a plate. Roll meatballs in flour (breaded) and put in a frying pan in heated vegetable oil.
- Fry until golden brown on both sides. Breading in flour and frying preserve the juiciness of meatballs when baked in the oven.
- Put the fried balls in a mold. Lubricate the form is not necessary.
- Pour 180-200 ml of sour cream with a fat content of 15% into a deep bowl. Remove the product of their refrigerator in advance, it should be at room temperature by the start of cooking. Sour cream should be fresh, without a sour taste. Pronounced sourness can ruin the whole dish.
- Add to the sour cream 1 tablespoon of flour with a slide and 1 teaspoon of Sunflower Hops seasoning. Beat the sauce well in a blender. There should be no lumps of flour in whipped cream sauce. Mixing in a blender gives the sauce smoothness, uniformity and tenderness.
- Pour the meatballs in the baking dish with sour cream sauce.
- Slice and spread on the pouring surface 30 grams of butter with plates.
- Cook in an oven heated to 180 ° C. Cooking time is approximately 30-35 minutes. During cooking, the pouring should thicken, become covered with a golden brown.
- Remove the finished meatballs from the oven. Sprinkle with pre-washed and finely chopped green dill (2-3 branches). Serve meatballs hot with salads, fresh vegetables, and garnished with mashed potatoes.
