Step cooking
- In a microwave, we heat 1 cup of milk so that it is about 36-37 degrees. Cut 5-6 slices of white bread and pour them with warm milk. Leave the soaked bread for a few minutes.
- Peel one large onion from the husk, rinse under cold water and finely chop.
- In a meat grinder or blender, grind 700 g of chicken. It is more convenient to do this if you previously cut the chicken into pieces. We shift the minced chicken into a deep bowl and add the chopped onion to it.
- Squeeze the bread from the milk and add to the minced meat. If this is not done, then excess moisture will appear, due to which the meatballs will get the wrong consistency. Drive 1 chicken egg into the minced meat. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous consistency.
- From the resulting meat forms meatballs. Their size should be slightly larger than a walnut.
- Pour into a baking dish about 2-3 tbsp. l vegetable oil. Evenly distribute the oil with a silicone brush. We spread the formed meatballs on the baking dish. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake meatballs for a quarter of an hour.
- We wash 2-3 branches of fresh parsley and 3-4 branches of dill. We shake off water and finely chop.
- On a coarse grater, rub 300 g of hard cheese. You can take it to your taste, the main thing is that it melts well.
- Peel 2 cloves of garlic from the husk and finely chop into cubes. In a bowl of hard cheese, add chopped garlic and herbs. All ingredients are salted to taste and mixed.
- In a bowl with hard cheese and other ingredients, pour 500 ml of cream 10% fat. You can take cream of any fat content at your discretion. Mix the ingredients until smooth.
- After a quarter of an hour we get meatballs from the oven. By this time, they are a little baked, but still not completely ready. Pour them with ready-made sauce, evenly distributing the cheese. We put the meatballs in the oven for 20 minutes. The temperature remains the same - 180 degrees.
- After 20 minutes, the meatballs are completely ready. We serve them with any side dish at your discretion. Their taste is quite delicate, and the texture is soft.
