Step cooking
- Prepare minced meat for meatballs. Two large onions are peeled, washed under running water, passed through a meat grinder, added to minced pork. Minced meat we take 1 kg 300 grams. Mix the onion with minced meat until smooth.
- We carefully wash half a glass of rice under the tap with cold water, decant excess moisture and add to the minced meat.
- Here we add 2 pinches of a mixture of ground peppers, one teaspoon of garlic in granules, Caucasian herbs, basil.
- Now add a tablespoon of salt without top, drive one chicken egg. All the ingredients are mixed well, reaching a homogeneous mass.
- Pour 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, turn on the “frying” mode, form small meatballs, fry them on both sides until golden brown.
- Now prepare the sauce for the meatballs. We put two tablespoons of tomato sauce in a separate container, add three to four tablespoons of 15 percent sour cream, pour 200-250 ml of water, mix everything well, we get a homogeneous mixture. Add ½ teaspoon of salt there, once again carefully mix the filling.
- We put meatballs fried on both sides in a multicooker bowl in two or three layers, pour them with sour cream and tomato sauce so that the meatballs are not completely covered with gravy.
- Close the lid of the multicooker, set the mode "stewing meat" for one hour. After this time, turn off the multicooker, open the lid. Meatballs are very fragrant, mouth-watering. Half a bunch of parsley and dill under the tap, finely chop and sprinkle the finished dish on top. We close the slow cooker for just one minute, so that the meatballs are saturated with the aroma of greenery.
- After that, they can be served for dinner.
