Step cooking
- We begin to prepare the stuffing. To do this, finely chop one onion and add it to the minced meat.
- Then squeeze the garlic into the mince through a press.
- Add the egg, black pepper and salt to taste.
- Mix the ingredients well until smooth.
- Now we prepare the ingredients for the sauce. To do this, peel the carrots and rub it on a coarse grater. Finely chop another onion for the sauce.
- We also prepare Bulgarian red pepper. Remove the core and chop the pepper into strips.
- After all the vegetables are prepared and chopped, fry them in a pan. We heat the pan, add vegetable or butter to taste and let it warm.
- Add the onion to the pan, and stirring with a spatula, fry for 1 minute.
- When the onion becomes transparent, add the carrots, mix all the ingredients and fry for another 1 minute.
- At the very end, add pepper, mix the ingredients well and fry everything together for 5 minutes.
- When the vegetables are slightly fried, add sour cream. Pre-salt must be sour cream (about 1 teaspoon of salt).
- Mix all the ingredients and bring the sauce to a boil.
- We prepare flour with water. To do this, put one tablespoon of flour in a glass of water (about 100 milliliters) and add a pinch of salt there to dissolve the mass. Add flour with water to the sauce when it starts to boil. We bring the sauce to a boil, but do not thicken it strongly. We remove the sauce from the stove when it is ready.
- Grease a baking sheet with oil. We begin to form meatballs. We spread all the meatballs on a baking sheet.
- Pour meatballs with vegetable sauce in sour cream. The sauce turns out a little thick.
- We heat the oven to 200 degrees and send meatballs in sauce for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes we take the meatballs from the oven. Grate cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle meatballs with cheese.
- Again we send meatballs to the oven for 15 minutes to melt the cheese. Meatballs are ready, they can be served to the table. Enjoy your meal!
