Step cooking
- Put 50-60 g of rice cooked until half cooked.

- Add to the minced meat half-cooked and cooled rice, mix well. Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
- Lubricate the baking dish and hands with vegetable oil. Roll the balls from the minced meat and put them into the mold at a small distance from each other.
- Pour meat balls into 1 liter of milk. Put the mold in the oven, heated to 200 ° C.
- When the surface of the milk is covered with a foamy film, reduce the temperature to 160 ° C and cook meatballs for another 30 minutes.
- Grate 100-120 g of cheese firmly on a fine grater.
- In a bowl, mix 30-35 g of butter and 25-30 g of flour.
- Remove the baking dish from the oven and pour a little milk into the creamy flour mixture, constantly stirring it.
- Then add grated cheese to the future sauce, mix.
- Pour the prepared sauce into the meatballs dish.
- At a temperature of 160 ° C, bake meatballs in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
