Ground red pepper | 0.5 tsp |

Plain water (cold) | 500 ml |
Flour | 1 tsp |
Sugar | 1 tbsp. l |
Carrot | 1 PC. |

Step cooking
- To begin, take one head of onion and chop it into small cubes.
- Send chopped onions to a pan and fry in vegetable oil until light golden brown.
- While the onion is fried, take the minced meat, pour it into a separate bowl.
- Boil the rice until half cooked. Add cooled rice to the minced meat.
- Add one egg, salt, black pepper to taste and seasonings (half a teaspoon of red pepper, a teaspoon of ground paprika, seasoning for meat).
- Mix everything well. When the onion is fried, it's time to add it to the mass.
- Mix well with a spoon first, and then mix with your hands.
- Form the hedgehogs yourself. To make them easier to shape, moisten a little hand in water. Nip off some minced meat and make a small ball. Place the hedgehogs in a separate pan for subsequent stewing. Set aside the meat hedgehogs aside.
- Take one head of onion and cut it into four parts. Chop.
- Fry the chopped onion in a frying pan in vegetable oil until a translucent soft state. Strongly fry it is not necessary.
- While the onion is in the process of frying, take the carrots and grate it on a coarse grater. Without turning off the pan, add carrots to the onion. Continue frying until the carrots are soft.
- While carrots and onions are fried, prepare tomato sauce. Pour the tomato paste into a separate bowl.
- Add sugar, flour, salt and black pepper to taste.
- Pour water and mix well with a whisk.
- Add the carrots and onions to the tomato sauce. Mix well.
- Pour the meat hedgehogs with tomato sauce.
- Add bay leaf. Cover the pan and send the meat hedgehogs to simmer over medium heat.
- After boiling, simmer for half an hour. Enjoy your meal!
