Step cooking

- Add carrots to the onion and fry.
- When the carrots begin to take hold, pour a glass of tomato paste into the pan. Mix everything thoroughly.

- Pour 1 tbsp into the remaining water. l flour. Stir until the liquid becomes homogeneous.
- Pour into the sauce and mix.

- You should get about 900 grams of minced meat. It can be divided into 12 servings. For convenience, you can use a dough mat moistened with water.
