Step cooking
- Boil buckwheat without adding salt and pepper.
- Mix the minced meat and buckwheat in equal proportions.
- Chop half the onion and garlic, chop everything in a blender.
- Add chopped onion with garlic to the minced meat, drive in the egg. Add pepper and salt to taste.
- Mix well until smooth.
- If the forcemeat turns liquidy, add a little flour.
- From the resulting stuffing we form cutlets. Bread them in flour.
- Turn on the stove and put the pan on a strong fire. When the pan heats up, add a couple of tablespoons of vegetable oil and let it heat. Put the meatballs in a pan and fry on both sides until cooked. Remove the meatballs, fried until tender, remove from the pan and put in a plate. Fry the remaining meatballs.
- Cooking the gravy. Cut the second half of the onion with a knife into small pieces.
- In a glass of water (approximately 150 milliliters), mix 3 teaspoons of flour. Add some salt there as well. Mix well so that there are no lumps.
- We heat the pan with the same oil in which the meatballs were fried, fry the onion until golden brown.
- Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste to the fried onion.
- Fry tomato paste with onion for 2 minutes. Fill everything with hot water (about 250 milliliters) and bring the liquid to a boil.
- Add salt, pepper to taste. There we add a little seasoning from "Rolton".
- Add greens, fresh or dried. About 2-4 tablespoons to taste and desire. Mix everything well.
- Add water with flour and salt to the gravy. Pour the liquid in a thin stream, continuously stirring.
- Bring the gravy to a boil, stir constantly.
- Add the fried meatballs to a deep pan or pan. Fill meatballs with gravy, cover and set on low heat.
- Stew meatballs in gravy for about 10-15 minutes. When the meatballs are steamed, they will be ready. Can be served. Enjoy your meal!
