Step cooking
- We send 200 grams of white rice to a small stewpan or pan. We thoroughly rinse it, fill it with water and put it on the stove to cook until half ready. We peel the two medium onions from the peel, wash and chop in a blender. If you don’t have a blender, you can use a meat grinder. When the rice is cooked, remove it from the stove and completely cool. In a large deep bowl, put 500 grams of fresh minced chicken. Add chopped onion and boiled rice to it.
- Season the minced meat with salt, black pepper and dry basil to taste. Mix all the ingredients together.
- Add one chicken egg and mix again. Thanks to him, meatballs will not fall apart.
- We put a non-stick frying pan with high sides on the hob and pour 30 grams of vegetable oil.
- When the oil is heated, we form small balls of minced meat and put it in a frying pan. Fry all meatballs for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- We peel one large carrot and cut into long strips using a peeler. If you do not have such a device, then you can just grate the vegetable on a coarse grater. We spread all the fried meatballs on a separate plate. When all the minced meat is fried, send the carrots to this pan and add 5 grams of granulated sugar. Fry the vegetable until soft.
- In a separate plate, mix 15 grams of wheat flour and 30 grams of hot water. Stir until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
- Pour 500 grams of tomato into the carrots, mix and bring to a boil. Pour flour water into the gravy and mix well.
- Add 200 grams of cream and mix again.
- Put all the meatballs in the sauce, cover the pan with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.
- After 15 minutes, turn off the stove. We spread the meatballs on plates and serve with a side dish.
