- Boil until ready in 1 liter of water, 0.5 cups of pre-washed rice. Fold the rice in a colander. Chill.

- Pour the cooled rice to the minced meat.

- Salt vegetables to taste. Fry, stirring until carrots are soft. When the carrots become soft, transfer half the mass with a thin layer to a wide plate. Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste to the remaining vegetables in the pan, mix.
- Boil 200 ml of water in a teapot. Pour boiling water (200 ml) into the pan, stir. The contents of the pan are used as a filling for meatballs when stewing in the oven. Add a pinch of hops Suneli seasoning to the pour, pour 1 tablespoon of sugar. Pepper vegetables to taste, add a pinch of ground black pepper (more or less). Stir, let the mixture boil. Try pouring to taste, adjust for yourself: add salt or pepper. If you like a thinner fill, pour more hot (boiling) water (50-100 ml). Leave to simmer over low heat for another 5 minutes.
Cooking Meatballs
- Grease the bottom of the baking dish with vegetable oil (20 ml). Gather a portion of minced meat with a spoon, form a round meatball with a diameter of about 5-6 cm. In the process of rolling, beat meatballs on the palm of the second hand. Put the meatballs in a form, pour boiling sauce. With a cooking spatula, evenly spread the vegetables over the entire surface.
- Bake the dish in the oven, heated to a temperature of 180 ° C, 40-45 minutes. The exact cooking time depends on the size of the meatballs.
