Step cooking
- The dish starts with tuna - we cut it into small cubes.
- Take the chives and chop it into our future tartare.
- Then we take an avocado, it needs very little for the recipe - a few slices will be enough. Remove the skin from it and cut into small pieces.
- Add soy sauce, in this dish it will be our salt.
- Cut the lime and squeeze it into a plate. Lime also kills microbes found in raw fish well.
- Mix our tartar well and add oyster sauce to it, once again mixing it well. We take our large plate for the presentation of the dish and decorate it a bit with oyster sauce. You can decorate as shown in the video below, or you can show your imagination.
- Now take bread chips and lay our tartar on them in layers. This must be done very carefully so that the chipset does not accidentally crack.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and lay them out beautifully on a plate. Next, take slices of radish and cucumber and also decorate the dish. Greens will be the final step in decorating our dish.
Cooking Tips:
- Make sure that the tuna is fresh, it will be bright red. If you notice that the fish is pale in color, then this is already an old tuna, it was probably brought a long time ago.
- If the tuna is frozen, then let it unfreeze in the refrigerator, you should not do this, for example, in the microwave.
- Schnitt onion differs from ordinary green onion in its delicate taste, therefore, if possible, replace it is not worth it.
- Please note that the avocado is also ripe. This is easy to understand: when you pick it up, the fruit should be soft.
- Instead of tuna for tartare, you can use dorado or salmon. Some cooks also use raw beef.
