Kitchen appliances and utensils: cutting board, sharp knife, teaspoon, tablespoon, bowl, portioned molds.
Ingredients
Fresh salmon | 400 g |
Olive oil | 3 tbsp. l |
Dijon mustard | 1 tsp |
Lemon juice | 1 tsp |
Black pepper | 1/2 tsp |
Large sea salt. | 1/2 tsp |
Serving greens | taste |
Step cooking
- We will need 400 g of fresh salmon. If you use frozen fish, you need to get it out of the freezer in advance and defrost it. Remember that it is better to do this in the refrigerator, rather than at room temperature, because in the heat on the surface of the fish, harmful bacteria begin to multiply very quickly. Make sure there are no bones left in the fillet. You also need to remove all films and dark streaks.
- Next, cut the salmon fillet in large enough cubes.
- Since salmon does not need a lot of spices, it is enough to prepare only a light dressing. To do this, put the salmon cubes in a bowl, add 3 tbsp. l lemon juice, 3 tbsp. l olive oil, 1 tsp Dijon mustard and season with freshly ground black pepper and coarse sea salt. Such a sauce will make the dish spicy, but will not interrupt the taste of salmon.
- Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Before serving, portionwise spread out in molds, decorate with greens. Enjoy your meal.
