Step cooking
- To prepare tartlets, we need boiled chicken fillet. Pour cold water into the pan and lower 450 g of fillet there, bring to a boil, remove the resulting foam. When the fillet boils, salt to taste, add 4 peas of black pepper and cook until cooked for 15 to 20 minutes over low heat. At the end of cooking, add one bay leaf for flavor.
- We wash the medium-sized mushrooms, if necessary, clean and cut into small cubes. You can use forest mushrooms, then the aroma will be brighter.
- We cut one onion into a small cube. We add it a little and press down with our hands so that it starts up the juice, as a result, the aroma of the onion will intensify.
- Heat the pan over medium heat, pour 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil and 30 g of butter.
- Add the onion to the pan and simmer for 15 minutes under the lid, the onion should become soft and creamy to taste.
- While the onions are stewed, we will take care of the mushrooms. We send the chopped mushrooms to a cold dry pan, turn on the medium heat and fry for 5 - 7 minutes, until all the moisture comes out of the mushrooms completely, cover with a lid.
- Any hard cheese to your taste, grate on a fine grater.
- When all the liquid comes out of the mushrooms, add 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil and fry until golden brown, salt in the end.
- Chicken fillet cut into small pieces. All the ingredients for the filling should be approximately the same size, so it will turn out tastier and each product will be felt.
- Pour 3 tbsp into the stewed onion. l wine and leave it on fire for 2 - 3 minutes, so that the alcohol evaporates and a pleasant aroma remains.
- Next, combine all the ingredients. Add chicken fillet, onions, sour cream to the mushrooms, mix thoroughly and simmer all together for 5 - 7 minutes. The filling is ready.
- Using a teaspoon, we spread the filling on the tartlets, squeezing a little to fit as much filling as possible. Instead of tartlets, you can use pots.
- Sprinkle each tartlet with cheese on top, put on a baking sheet and send to the preheated oven to 150 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes until golden brown.
- When serving tartlets, you can sprinkle with any greens. Tartlets with chicken and mushrooms are ready! Enjoy your meal!
