Step cooking
- To make this appetizer, use 2 packs of Wike shrimp in a sweet chili sauce. If you could not find just such a product, then use any other to your liking.
- We cut 150 g of any hard cheese into small cubes.
- Pour about 300-400 ml of water into a small saucepan or stewpan and boil 2 chicken eggs. After cooking, let them cool slightly, remove the shell and cut the eggs into small cubes. Do not cut them too large so that they are not strongly felt in tartlets. Put the chopped eggs and cheese together in a deep bowl.
- We wash the pears under running water, remove the peel. If the pears are small, then use 2 pieces. If you come across a large pear, then one will be enough. First, cut the fruit into thin slices, then into strips and finally chop the pear into cubes. They should be very small, about 2-3 mm.
- A small bunch of green onions finely chopped. It is recommended to use thin green onions, then tartlets will turn out more fragrant. We put all the crushed ingredients in a large bowl.
- We take the shrimp out of the package and transfer it to a deep plate. If there is a lot of shrimp sauce, then a few tablespoons can be added to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Thus, the salad will become more piquant.
- In a bowl with chopped egg and other products, add 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise, which will serve as a binding component. After adding mayonnaise, mix everything thoroughly. You should not add too much mayonnaise so that the salad does not turn out to be liquid.
- If necessary, the filling for tartlets can be a little salt and pepper, and then re-mix.
- We lay the finished stuffing in the tartlet. To fill it, it will be enough 1 tbsp. l lettuce. On top of each tartlet lay 1-2 shrimp. Similarly, we start the remaining tartlets.
- We put ready tartlets with shrimps on a beautiful dish and serve to the guests. This appetizer is prepared quickly and simply, at the same time, it will serve as a good treat on any holiday table.
