- Cooking begins with the preparation of products. First you need to put the shrimp in a bowl (200 g) and leave for a while so that they unfreeze. Then peel carrots (1 pc.), Potato tubers (2 pcs.), Garlic (1 clove) and rinse in running water.
- Now you can start cooking. Pour 1.5-2 liters of water into the pan and put on fire. When the water begins to boil, put in it diced potatoes of medium size.
- Put the pan on the stove, put the butter (20 g) in it, and when it melts, put the shrimps, simmer over medium heat for 2-3 minutes and then transfer to a convenient dish.
- Next, put the grated carrots in the pan and simmer it for about 3 minutes.
- As soon as the potatoes begin to boil, a white foam forms on the surface of the water, it is advisable to remove it, then lay the carrots and continue to cook the soup base for 5-7 minutes, until the potatoes are ready. Once the potatoes are cooked, add the cream cheese (150 g), garlic (1 clove), minced through the garlic, salt (to taste), a mixture of peppers (0.5 tsp) and cook over low heat for a couple of minutes.
- Next, put the pre-fried shrimp and bring to a boil. The dish is ready.
