Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 9% - 500 g
- Cane sugar - 4 tbsp. l
- Chicken Egg - 1 pc.
- Premium wheat flour - 4 tbsp. l
- Apples - 4 pcs.
- Cinnamon to taste
- Salt - on the tip of a teaspoon
- Vegetable oil - for greasing a baking sheet
- Jam, jam, syrup - for serving
Step cooking
- Pour the cottage cheese into a deep bowl. Break the chicken egg there. Add salt, cane sugar and mix well.
- Pour on a little sifted flour and mix well. Depending on the consistency of cottage cheese, flour may need a little more or less.
- Wash the apples well, cut into slices and peel. Then cut into small cubes, sprinkle with cinnamon and send to our dough in a bowl. All mix well.
- Turn on the oven to warm to a temperature of 180 degrees.
- We cover the baking sheet with baking paper or a silicone mat and grease a little with vegetable oil. If you have paper or a rug of good quality and nothing sticks to them, then you can not lubricate it.
- We wet our hands in a plate with water, take cottage cheese with a tablespoon and make a circle with our hands. Then slam it on top, turning it into a bun, and put it on a baking sheet. Then again we moisten our hands, draw cottage cheese into a spoon, form a ball, flatten and spread on a baking sheet. So do with the whole amount of curd dough.
