Ingredients
Ingredient name | amount |
Cottage cheese | 500 g |
Vegetable oil | 100 ml |
Eggs | 3 pcs. |
Manka | 8 - 10 tbsp. l |
Boiled condensed milk | 1 can |
Step cooking
- We prepare the necessary ingredients. Take a deep bowl or bowl from the blender, drive 3 eggs, pour 500 g of cottage cheese and mix a little with a spoon.
Important! If you take pressed cottage cheese, then you need to take only the yolks from the eggs so that the cheesecakes keep their shape. If the curd is friable, we take 3 whole eggs. - There we add 3 tbsp. l semolina and mix everything until the ingredients are evenly distributed. If you use a blender, then we do everything at a low speed.
- Leave the whipped mass for 10 - 15 minutes to make the semolina swell. We do not add sugar, because the filling will be boiled condensed milk, which in itself is sweet. But if you like very sweet cheesecakes, you can add 1 - 2 tbsp. l sugar before whipping the mass.
- Pour on a plate 5 - 7 tbsp. l semolina for breadcrumbs of cheese cakes, turn on the slow cooker and open a can of condensed milk. After the curd mass has stood, it is possible to form and bake cheesecakes.
- Dipping your hands in cold water, take a small amount of cheese mass, cut a tortilla, put 1 teaspoon of boiled condensed milk on top.
- Cottage cheese again on top. We form a whole cake and roll in semolina.
- When we form the cottage cheese pancakes from the whole curd mass, pour oil into the slow cooker to cover the bottom, and set it to the “frying” mode. After the slow cooker reports that it has warmed up, gently lower the cheesecakes into the bowl and fry them on both sides to a golden crust with the lid open. Roasting on the one hand takes about 5 minutes. Fry all formed cheesecakes.
