Step-by-step instruction
- Take 240 - 270 g of fat cottage cheese and bring it to a soft and tender mass - with a blender or rubbing it through a sieve.
- Mix 2 eggs, 70 - 90 g sugar, a pinch of salt, 1 tsp. With a blender or other method. vanilla extract, 20 - 30 g of orange juice, 0.5 tsp. orange zest, 40-60 g of melted butter.
- Add 50 - 70 g semolina, 6 g baking powder for the dough and mix. Leave on for 20 minutes and wait until the semolina swells.
- After 20 minutes, when the dough has thickened, pour it into silicone or ordinary muffin molds and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 25 minutes. You can check readiness with a skewer. Wait until the cheesecakes have cooled, and then remove them from the mold. The dish is ready.

There is a great way to serve cheesecakes to the table. Take strawberries (preferably fresh, and if frozen, you need to defrost) and prepare a sweet strawberry sauce. It is done this way: 200 - 300 g of freshly frozen strawberries (you can also fresh, of course) are crushed with a blender, add 40 - 60 g of sugar and bring to a boil.
Scatter some berries on a plate on which ready-made cheesecakes are already located (they can be laid out on top of each other).
