Step cooking
- We lay out two packs of ricotta dairy product in a deep bowl, knead with a fork until a homogeneous, fluffy mass so that there are no large lumps left. If desired, ricotta can be replaced with 9% cottage cheese.
- Drive a raw egg into the lush mass - 1 pc., Mix thoroughly.
- Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 4 tablespoons of semolina, mix again. If possible, leave for 30 minutes to swell semolina, this will make the cheesecakes more airy.
- Pour the sifted wheat flour (0.5 cups) into the resulting homogeneous mass and knead the dough. If the dough turned out liquid, then you need to add some more flour. In the case of adding flour, the cottage cheese pancakes will be more dense, and if the flour is less, then they will be more tender.
- Peel the banana, cut it into small cubes and add to the dough. You can also use other fruits, such as apples, raisins, nuts, dried apricots.
- We mix everything thoroughly, the dough should turn out elastic, so that when pressed, the cheesecake does not crack in the pan and retain its shape.
- From the resulting mass, we form cheesecakes with our hands.
- In a preheated pan, pour the sunflower oil, about 5 tablespoons. Spread the cakes prepared in advance for frying in boiling oil. For frying syrniki you can use olive oil.
- Fry the cheesecakes on both sides, for about 2 minutes each, they should brown until golden brown. So that they are not raw inside, it is necessary to put them on hot oil, when the crust grabs, reduce the fire. We turn it over only when the top dries and they will keep their shape. When the cheesecakes are completely ready, they must be laid out on paper towels to get rid of excess oil.
- We serve cottage cheese pancakes on a small plate, after watering them with sour cream. If the cheesecakes are not sweet enough, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
If desired, this dish can be served not only with sour cream, but also with honey, jam, condensed milk, melted chocolate, berry sauce, jam or with fresh strawberries, grated with sugar.
