Step cooking
- Fat 9% cottage cheese (500 g) spread in a deep bowl, knead with a fork so that there are no large lumps. Also, the cottage cheese can be wiped through a fine sieve, then there will be no lumps at all, and the product will be enriched with oxygen. Drive one egg in and mix well. Pour 2 tbsp. l sugar, a bag of vanillin, salt and mix again until smooth. Instead of vanillin, you can use vanilla sugar (1 tsp).
- Add 3 tbsp. l sifted wheat flour and knead the dough. If the dough turned out to be liquid, you need to add flour, then the cheesecakes will be more dense. If flour is less, they will be more tender. The dough should be elastic.
- Sift wheat flour 2 (tbsp.) Into a deep plate, pick the dough with a tablespoon, dip into the flour, roll it on all sides, form a ball, squeeze a little to get a flattened flat cake 1.5 centimeters thick, the cheese cake should not be too thin. Shake off the excess flour, put it on a cutting board, previously sprinkled with flour.
You can also add all kinds of fruits to cheesecakes, such as apples, raisins, bananas, dried apricots, candied fruits, pumpkin, which will add some flavor to your cheesecakes and emphasize the noble taste. - Pour 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil into a pan and spread the cakes prepared in advance for frying in boiling oil. Optionally, you can use ghee, olive or a mixture of butter and sunflower for frying.
- Fry cheesecakes on both sides for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. So that the syrniki were not raw inside, they must be put in hot oil. When it starts to brown, reduce the heat to medium. Turn over when the top of the cheesecakes is dried and they will keep their shape.
- When the cheesecakes are ready, transfer them to a paper towel. This will help get rid of excess fat.
- We serve cottage cheese pancakes on a small plate, after watering them with sour cream. If the cheesecakes are not sweet enough, then you can sprinkle with powdered sugar.
If desired, cottage cheese pancakes can be served not only with sour cream, but also with honey, condensed milk, chocolate, jam, berry sauce, jam or with fresh strawberries, grated with sugar.
Curd cheesecakes can be taken both hot and cold. The remaining cheesecakes can be heated, for this you need to take a pan of the appropriate size, put the curd product in it, pour sour cream, put in the oven for 10 minutes.
