- The grinding process may take a little more than 5 minutes, but in the end we get a soft curd dough.
- We make portioned syrniki from the dough. You can adjust the thickness to your own taste. It is recommended to make them thicker for greater density and satiety.
- We thoroughly roll the blanks for cheese cakes in flour, so that during frying a crust forms and retains all the curd juice inside.
- Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil to the pan, heat it and start frying the cheesecakes. Fry each side for 4-6 minutes until a golden brown crust forms.
