Step cooking
- Pour the cream into a dry pan. Heat the cream over medium heat.
- Squeeze lemon juice from lemons. Stir the cream periodically. Pour two tablespoons of lemon juice in a thin stream when small bubbles begin to appear.
- Mix, cook another 2 minutes and remove from the stove. Cool the cream at room temperature. Take gauze (8-10 layers).
- Put gauze on top of a deep bowl. Pour in the cream, connect the edges of the gauze and tie. We put all this in the refrigerator for the night.
- After a day we get the cheese from the gauze, and you're done!
