Ingredients
- Pork (tenderloin) - 0.3 kg
- Starch - 7 tbsp. l
- Egg white - 2 pcs.
- Onions - 0.5 heads
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
- Canned Pineapples - 100 g
- Pineapple Juice - 100 ml
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l
- Vinegar (rice or apple) - 1 tbsp. l
- Sugar - 2 tbsp. l
- Water - 100 ml
- Vegetable oil for frying - 1 l
Step cooking
- We clean the meat from the veins and cut into thin pieces.
- For breading, take 6 tbsp. l corn or potato starch.
- Combine the starch and 2 egg whites in a bowl. Mix both ingredients well.
- Then immerse the pieces of meat in a bowl and carefully dip in batter on all sides. Put the bowl with batter and pork in a cold place for 15 minutes.
- During this time, prepare the sauce. Dice: 100 g pineapples, 0.5 onions, 1 bell pepper.
- We put the pan on the fire, heat it and pour 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil.
- We heat in vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l tomato paste.
- When the tomato paste warms up, put the chopped onion in the pan.
- Following will go bell pepper and cubes of pineapple.
- Mix everything and fry for about 5 minutes, stirring. The goal of this step is for the products to be fried but not soft.
- After 5 minutes of frying, pour 100 ml of pineapple juice from a can into a pan, 2 tbsp. l soy sauce. To give spicy sourness, pour the components of 1 tbsp. l apple or rice vinegar.
- We add 2 tbsp. l sugar and mix again. Fire is reduced to a minimum.
- To give the sauce a density, stir 100 ml of water and 1 tbsp in a glass. l starch, and with a thin stream, pour into the contents of the pan, constantly stirring.
- For another 2 minutes, we will dip the sauce on the stove, then try, if necessary - add a little bit of vinegar, sugar or soy sauce to your taste. Cover the pan with a lid and remove from heat.
- We put the wok on the stove, heat it, pour in about 1 liter of vegetable oil for frying. When the oil is hot, gently immerse slices of pork in the oil with a slotted spoon.
- Usually 4-5 minutes is enough for the meat to acquire a beautiful golden crust. As soon as the meat has acquired the desired color, remove it from the oil so as not to overdry. Pieces of pork are spread on a plate covered with several layers of paper towels. Leave the meat for 2 minutes to stack excess fat.
- Stir fried pork with sauce and serve.
