Step cooking
- Cut into small pieces, you can thin strips or cubes, 300 g of pork pulp. If there are small layers of fat on it, cut them as well. If you do not like pork fat, then do not use. For this dish, it is better to purchase fresh pork tenderloin, a neck and a shoulder blade will do.
- We clean two heads of red onion, rinse, cut into thin half rings or randomly. You can even large slices. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, let it heat. We send the onion into the pan, separating the half rings from each other. Fry it until transparent, stirring occasionally.
- We send pork to the onion, mix so that the onion is on top, and the meat remains in the pan.
- We wash two oranges, remove from each zest. Squeeze juice from one orange into a clean bowl and add 100 g of soy sauce, 2 tbsp. l without a slide of liquid honey, mix and pour into the meat. The sauce should completely cover the meat. If you get a small amount of sauce, you can pour soy sauce in the pan, if you like well-salted dishes or water. Let it boil, cover and simmer over medium heat until cooked, it is about 20 minutes, depending on the meat.
- We send water to the fire, let it boil. We put the zest of two oranges in boiling water, boil it for one minute, then send it to a bowl with ice, let it stand for a couple of minutes and cut it into very thin strips.
- We send the pan to the fire, pour a teaspoon of olive oil, send the orange straws. Fry for a minute, add 0.5 tbsp. l balsamic vinegar, mix. Sprinkle with two pinches of sugar, mix, simmer for a couple of minutes and remove from heat. Boil egg noodles or any other pasta. We use 6 egg noodle nests in this recipe. We send the nests into boiling water, add a teaspoon of salt, mix, boil for 4-5 minutes over medium heat. Ready pasta is thrown into a colander.
- From the remaining pulp of an orange we cut several slices. Put the noodles in the serving plate, put the pork slices on top, pour the gravy in the center. Garnish with orange slices and roasted orange peel.
