Ingredients
- Pork loin - 2 pcs.

- Onion - 2 pcs.
- Butter - 15 g
- Garlic - 3-4 cloves

- Cream - 30 ml
Step cooking
- Take 2 pieces of pork loin. Salt and pepper them on both sides to taste.
- Pour the vegetable oil into the pan and heat it.
- Put the meat in a pan and fry until golden brown.
- Cut 2 onions into half rings.
- Remove the meat from the pan, add 15 g of butter there and sprinkle the whole onion.
- Pass 3-4 heads of garlic through a press and add it to the onion. Mix everything.
- Add 1 tbsp to the onion. l flour. Stir everything and let the onion fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- Add some hot water to your onion sauce, reduce the gas and melt the sauce to a relative density. At that point, seasonings can be added to taste.
- Add to the sauce 30 ml of cream for tenderness, salt and pepper to taste.
- Send the meat to the created sauce, and together, send it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
- Boil the rice, add the meat to it in the sauce and serve.
