Step cooking
- Rinse and remove half a kilogram of chicken fillet and remove unnecessary fat and films. Cut it into small pieces, then transfer to a saucepan and pour water. Put on fire for boiling.
- Cut one peeled onion into very small cubes, and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
- Grind two medium tomatoes to small cubes.
- Heat a frying pan with 20 ml of refined vegetable oil (sunflower oil), pour onion with carrots into it, and transfer to a transparent state.
- In 2-3 minutes Add vegetables to the frying pan and stew all together for a short time.
- Peel 400 g of potato and peel into small cubes or stripes, if desired.
- When the chicken is fully cooked, add chopped potatoes to the boiling broth. Cover and cook for about 5-7 minutes.
- After the specified time, pour the vegetables into the pan and cook everything together for a couple more minutes.
- At this time, you can do some greens: cut in half rings one celery stick, chop dill / parsley and garlic. Add 300 g of frozen green beans to a boiling liquid, followed by celery, a couple of bay leaves. At this stage, it is necessary to salt and pepper to taste. Leave to cook for another 5-10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, turn off the fire, add dill, fresh garlic and cover it with a lid, let it brew for a few more minutes.

Serving and serving methods
The first course is served for lunch, usually with a slice of black or rye bread and a small amount of sour cream. One serving (300-350 ml) is designed for one person. Do not forget to table with paper towels or napkins.
The soup plate should be deep and sufficiently capacious. It is placed on a small flat bowl when serving for guests, so as not to accidentally spill liquid during meals.
