Step cooking
- First, we need to put a pot on the stove, pour about 2.5 liters of clean water into it and bring to a boil. While the water is warming, peel the potatoes, rinse thoroughly and cut into small cubes with a side of about 1 cm. Pour the chopped potatoes into boiling water and leave to boil.
- We heat the pan, pre-lubricating it with a small amount of vegetable oil. Peel one middle onion and cut into half rings. Spread the chopped onion in a preheated pan and fry until transparent.
- Peel the carrots from the skin and rub on a coarse grater. Spread the grated carrots to the onion, mix and fry until golden. After that, add a little water or broth from the pan to the pan, and simmer for several minutes over medium heat.
- When the potatoes begin to boil, put 200 g of frozen or fresh broccoli into the pan, after having sorted it into small inflorescences.
- Red peppers are cleaned from cuttings and seeds. Optionally, you can remove the inner piers, as they are often tough and tasteless. We carefully wash the tomatoes and celery. After that we grind all the ingredients using a food processor or a blender. If you don’t have such a technique, you can simply cut it into small pieces. Shredded vegetables are added to the potato pot.
- When the soup boils, put the frying in it from onions and carrots. Add seasoning for the first dishes and salt to taste. Next, peel 4 cloves of garlic from the husk. Grind with a garlic or blender. Chopped garlic is added to the soup at the end of cooking.
- Then let the soup boil for 3-4 minutes, and it can be served immediately. Enjoy your meal.
