- Potato - 1 kg
- Peas - 0.5 kg

- Carrots - 250 g

Step cooking
- Rinse well with 0.5 kg of peas until water is clear. It is advisable to soak the peas in cold water for at least a couple of hours, preferably at night.
- Prepared peas are placed in a pan, pour cold water (3.5 liters), set to cook. When the water boils and a foam appears, it must be removed. Then cook the peas for 30-50 minutes so that it boils.
- At this time, peel 1 kg of potatoes and cut into small cubes.
- We cut into cubes or cubes 300 g of smoked sausage.
- Finely chop 200 g onions. On a coarse grater we rub 250 g of carrots. In a pan, heat 50 g of vegetable oil, pour onions and carrots there, fry, stirring, until soft (5-7 minutes).
- When the peas are boiled, add the potatoes to the pan and cook them until soft.
- Then spread the fried onions and carrots.
- Add the sausage. Salt the soup to taste, add black ground pepper.
- Put a couple of leaves of parsley.
- Bring to a boil, cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
- Finely chop the bunch of dill, add to the soup. We boil for a minute, turn off the fire.
