Ingredients
- Onions - 1 pc.

- Broth or water - 3 L
- Carrots - 1 pc.
- Dill greens - 1/2 bunch

- Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.

- Wheat flour - 100-150 g
Step cooking
- First you need to cook dough for dumplings. In a deep container, break 2 chicken eggs, add 100 ml of water, a few finely chopped branches of green dill and a pinch of salt. Mix everything thoroughly until the salt is completely dissolved.
- Next, add flour to the egg mixture and start kneading the dough. Depending on the size of the eggs, a little more or a little less flour may be needed. The dough should turn out to be quite liquid, but viscous and sticky. If desired, semolina or grated hard cheese can be added to the dough. Such dumplings also turn out very tasty.
- After this, leave the dough for some time to the side and proceed to the preparation of the frying. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
- Peel the carrots and rub on a coarse grater.
- We put a frying pan on the stove, pour vegetable oil into it and warm it well. We put chopped onions and grated carrots in a heated pan. Mix and fry until light golden.
- Next, peel 7 small potatoes from the skin, and then chop them randomly.
- Pour the broth prepared in advance and filtered into a large pot, put it on the stove and bring to a boil. If desired, the broth can be replaced with water.
- In a boiling broth, dip the chopped potatoes and bring to a boil again.
- After the broth boils again, we proceed to the formation of dumplings. Dip a tablespoon into the boiling broth, and then separate it with a little dough and again lower the spoon into the broth. Thus, we form dumplings from the whole test.
- Next, cook the soup until the potatoes are ready, and also salt to taste if the broth was unsalted. We also add frying, ground allspice and finely chopped dill greens to the pan. Mix thoroughly and let the soup boil for another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the finished soup into portioned plates and serve. Enjoy your meal.
