Step cooking
- Peel all vegetables beforehand and rinse in running water. Finely chop 120-130 grams of onion. Cut a tomato into a small cube weighing 150-170 grams.
- Cut 400 grams of potatoes into small pieces. On a coarse grater, grate carrots weighing 100-120 grams.
- Put 300 grams of minced meat in a bowl, squeeze a clove of garlic, salt and a mixture of peppers to taste, a couple of tablespoons of water. Stir until smooth.
- After this, the mince must be beaten off. Roll it into a ball, take it in your hand and throw it into a bowl, repeating this manipulation about 15 times. Thus, the mass will become dense, and the meatballs will not spill during cooking.
- Roll small balls about the size of a walnut from minced meat. Put them on a dish.
- Pour some vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Select the "Frying" mode in the menu, press "Start" and wait until the oil is warmed up.
- Then put chopped vegetables - onions, carrots and tomatoes into the multicooker bowl. After 7 minutes, add 60-70 grams of washed rice, chopped potatoes and meatballs to the vegetables. Salt to taste, add a mixture of peppers and a clove of garlic cut in two.
- Pour the contents of the multicooker bowl with two liters of boiling water, close the lid. Cook in the “Soup” mode, the type of product is “Vegetables”, set the timer for 30 minutes and press “Start”.
- After half an hour, the soup is completely ready. You can pour it on portioned plates and serve.
