Step cooking
- Pour 3 liters of water into the pan and send to the fire. While the water is boiling, prepare the ingredients. Rinse thoroughly, then fill with water and leave on demand.
- In order for the minced meat to turn out to be of high quality, take a fresh, not frozen meat tenderloin, cut it into small pieces and pass through a meat grinder. We add salt, pepper and other spices to it at your discretion, mix well, beat several times to separate the protein and the round, formed forms from it hold firmly, do not fall apart during cooking.
- Peel the potatoes, rinse under running water, cut into small cubes. You can adjust the amount of potatoes yourself, it all depends on how thick the soup you want to get.
- We peel two onions, rinse, cut into small cubes.
- Peel the carrots, rinse well, grate. For soup, just use medium-sized carrots.
- When the water boils, we form the meatballs and send it into the water. To create them, you need a teaspoon, with it we collect the minced meat so that the size of the meatballs is approximately the same, slightly smaller than the walnut. We wet our hands with water so that the minced meat does not stick to them, make round meatballs from it and send them into the water.
- When the water boils, remove the foam that has appeared.
- We send potatoes to the soup.
- We drain the water from the soaked rice and also send it to the pan.
- Mix well, cook for 15 minutes without covering.
- While the soup is boiling, do the frying. We send the pan to the fire, pour the vegetable oil, heat it and pour the onion into the pan.
- Fry it until golden brown and send the carrots to the onion. Fry vegetables for a couple of minutes and remove from heat.
- Now add bay leaf to the soup, let it boil over low heat for another 10 minutes. After this period of time, we send roasting, salt, pepper to taste to the soup.
- Wash the parsley, chop finely, send to the soup. We remove the bay leaf and remove the soup from the fire, we can serve.
Soup with meatballs is poured into portioned plates. It does not require additional decoration, since parsley already decorates it.
