Step cooking
- Soak the beans in cold water overnight.
- We begin to prepare all the ingredients. To begin with, put the beans soaked in advance in a saucepan, about 40-60 minutes. In parallel, we put the meat to cook for about 2 hours. Do not forget to descale beans and meat. First, cook for 15 minutes on high heat, then at minimum.
- While the main ingredients are cooked, we prepare the secondary ones. Cut the stems of parsley and tie them with a rope. We take cilantro roots, sweet peas and bay leaf, put them in a tea strainer. Peel the carrots and celery. Cut them into cubes.
- Cut the onion into half rings. We also chop the cream tomatoes.
- We clean the pepper, remove the core and tail. Chop the pepper and add all the vegetables in one bowl.
- When the meat is boiled for about 1.5 hours, we take it out and put in a broth a tea strainer with cilantro roots, sweet peas and bay leaf. Add parsley stalks there.
- Immediately add the vegetables from the bowl and mix well.
- Salt water and cover the pan with a lid. We cook everything over low heat. While the vegetables are boiling, chop the beef. Add it to the pan. And cook vegetables with meat for about 50 minutes.
- After 40 minutes, check the taste. Immediately we get a strainer and stalks of parsley. Add boiled beans. Salt and pepper to taste. Cut and add parsley. Cook for 5-10 minutes on low heat.
