Ingredients
- Chicken meat - 800 g
- Carrots - 2 pcs.
- Onions - 2 pcs.
- Black peppercorns - 10 pcs.

- Bay leaf - 2 pcs.

- Wheat flour - 250 g
Step cooking
- To begin with, we thoroughly wash the meat, get rid of all the excess films and cut it into portions. Next, put the prepared meat in a pan with a lid, in which we will cook the broth.
- Peel 1 medium onion and 1 carrot. We put the whole vegetables in a pot with meat.
- If necessary, remove the skin from 2 stalks of petiole celery, cut them in half and send to the pan. If celery is young, rinse it thoroughly.
- After that, fill the vegetables and meat with 2.5 liters of water and put on the stove. Cook until almost boiling, periodically removing white foam.
- After boiling and removing the foam, add a little salt and cook the broth for at least 1.5 hours on low heat.
- While the broth is being cooked, we proceed to the preparation of the noodles. To do this, we separate 6 egg yolks into a small bowl, and then add 1 whole egg and 1/2 tsp to them. salt.
- Then slightly beat, add 2 tbsp. l water and mix thoroughly again.
- Sift 250 g of wheat flour into a separate bowl and add the loosened yolks to it. We begin to knead first with a spoon or spatula. When the dough gathers in a lump, put it on the work surface and knead with hands for 8-10 minutes.
- As a result, you should get a pretty cool dough that does not stick to your hands.
- Round the finished dough, wrap it in cling film and leave at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- We cut the rest of the dough into two parts and roll each part into a very thin layer.
- Dust the rolled layer with flour and turn into a roll, and then cut into thin strips.
- Spread the sliced noodles evenly on the board so that it does not stick together and leave for 25 minutes.
- Peel another 1 onion and another carrot. Cut the onion into small cubes, and carrot into thin strips.
- Next, remove the vegetables from the broth. We take out the meat in a separate container, let it cool slightly, and then separate the flesh from the bones.
- Meanwhile, pour the chopped onions and carrots into the broth. Mix and cook under a closed lid for 5 minutes.
- Next, add 2 bay leaves and 10 peas of black pepper peas. Cook another 5 minutes.
- After that, add the noodles to the broth, mix and bring to a boil.
- Then add 1/2 tsp. black pepper and salt to taste. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Pour the finished soup into plates and add the sorted meat. If desired, the soup can be slightly pepper and sprinkled with finely chopped onion. Enjoy your meal.
