- Peel 3 medium-sized potatoes and 1 onion from inedible parts. Cut the potatoes into standard cubes, as is usually done for soup, and onions into small cubes.

- We prepare 2 liters of chicken stock. Cheap soup sets, as well as the brisket core, from which you can extract the fillet for further cooking, are perfect for this.
- In a glass or a small jar, mix 150 ml of fatty 30% cream with 1 tbsp. l flour to a homogeneous mass. This will give the soup greater density and satiety.
- Grate 150-200 g of any hard or processed cheese. Be sure to take quality cheese, because it will have to dissolve in the soup, which a cheap analogue of palm oil will not do.
Broccoli and Chicken Soup
- At the bottom of the pan we lay the whole chicken fillet, chopped potatoes, onions and broccoli.
- Pour these ingredients with 2 liters of chicken stock. We put the pan on medium heat, wait for the broth to boil and cook the soup for 30 minutes under the lid, sometimes stirring and removing foam in time.
- After half an hour, reduce the fire and remove the chicken from the soup. Let it cool slightly and divide it into fibers according to the principle "the less, the better."
- At this time, we send the mixture of cream and flour into the soup first, do not forget to mix thoroughly so that it dissolves well and does not take lumps, and then the grated cheese. We mix it until dissolved.
- At the very end we send chopped chicken to the soup, add salt, ground black pepper and other spices to taste to taste. Mix everything thoroughly again and let the soup boil for 2-3 minutes.
