Step cooking
Cooking broth
- To get started, we’ll start cooking the broth. For this we need any part of the chicken. We will cook from 4 thighs to get more meat. You can take any other. Chicken can be either home or store. We wash the meat, send it to the pan with a volume of at least 3 liters. We clean one large or two medium onions, rinse with running water, cut in half, send to the pan.
- We also add bay leaf, a little salt, and fill it with water.
- We send to the fire. After the water boils, reduce the heat, remove the foam that appears with a spoon. Cook the broth for 30-50 minutes. If you use domestic chicken meat for cooking, you may need to cook it until cooked.
- If during the cooking of the broth water decreases in volume, add the necessary amount.
- We remove onions and bay leaves from the broth - we will no longer need them.
- We take out the meat, let it cool slightly, separate it from the bone, cut into portions and send it to the pan. Let's try on salt, if necessary, add salt.
Cooking Dumplings
- Sift 70-80 g of flour, this is about half a glass of 200 g. Send the flour into a deep bowl, add 1-2 pinchs of salt.
- We make a deepening and drive in two eggs.
- Using a fork, knead a homogeneous dough.
Cooking soup
- To form dumplings, we need an incomplete glass with water, a teaspoon and a tablespoon.
- We take the dough into a tablespoon, moisten the tea in water, separate small pieces of dough with it and send it to the pot with boiling broth.
- When we add all the dumplings in this way, boil the soup on low heat for about 5 minutes.
- Take a small bunch of greenery. You can use dill or assorted parsley and dill, chop finely, send to soup. Cover with a lid, let it brew a little. If desired, add a little black pepper powder.
- Pour into serving plates and serve.
