Step cooking
- We prepare all the ingredients. To do this, chop the onion, garlic and tomato. Cut not very finely so that the taste is felt. We heat the pan and add a couple of tablespoons of flavourless vegetable oil there. Add onion and garlic there. Well fry a couple of minutes until the aroma appears.
- Add tomato to the pan, fry well for a couple of minutes.
- There we add tomato paste and fry it with the rest of the ingredients.
- Then add the diced potatoes. Mix all the ingredients. You can also add carrots at will, if you like her.
- Rinse the red lentils and add them to the soup. Fill everything with water, add salt and pepper to taste.
- We cover the soup with a lid and cook it for about 20-30 minutes over medium heat.
- When the soup is ready, beat it with a blender in a soup puree. If you do not like these types of soups, you can leave the lentil soup as it was after 20-30 minutes of cooking. The soup is ready! Enjoy your meal!
