Ingredients
- Beef Meat (Pulp) - 500 g
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Onions - 2 pcs.
- Fresh tomatoes - 2 pcs.
- Dried parsley - ½ tsp.
- Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc.
- Dried greens - ½ tsp.
- Ground black pepper - ½ tsp.
- Suneli hops - ½ tsp
- Salt –1-1.5 tsp
- Chickpea - 200 g
- Water - 1 L
- Chives - ½ bunch
Step cooking
Prepare the ingredients
- Soak 200 grams of chickpea in advance in water (Turkish peas) for 2-3 hours, and even better all night.
- The beef pulp in the amount of 500 grams is cut into small pieces, wash it in advance under running water.
- We peel two medium-sized onions from the husk. Cut the onions on a cutting board into small cubes, while we remove them to the side.
- Two medium-sized fresh tomatoes of mine under the tap. We remove the stalk, cut the tomatoes into small cubes, set aside for now.
- I wash one sweet pepper under running water, cut in half, remove the stem and seeds inside, cut into thin strips, remove to chopped tomatoes.
Cooking soup
- We put a deep frying pan on the fire, pour 50 ml of odorless vegetable oil there, let the oil warm up well. When the first light haze appears, put the beef meat cut into small pieces into a pan and fry it. While frying with a kitchen spatula, mix the meat in a pan, let it fry evenly on all sides.
- When the meat is a little fried, it will let the juice and become lighter in color, add chopped onions to the pan, mix the ingredients and continue to keep on fire until the onions become completely soft.
- Then we add chopped fresh vegetables to the meat and onion - tomatoes and sweet peppers. continue to fry the components over low heat, do not forget to mix them from time to time.
- During frying, add one teaspoon of dried parsley to the pan, the same amount of dried dill, half a teaspoon of ground black pepper, a teaspoon without the top of the seasoned hop-suneli. We mix the ingredients, fry on the fire for another 5-7 minutes, so that the meat and vegetables are saturated with the taste and smell of seasonings.
- After that, add 200 grams of pre-soaked chickpea to the pan, after draining the water in which the chickpea was wet. Immediately pour one liter of water into the pan.
- We cover the pan with a lid, cook the soup until the chickpeas are ready. When the peas are cooked, open the lid of the pan, we feel a wonderful, mouth-watering smell of soup. Pour the soup into portioned plates.
- We wash half a bunch of green onions under the tap, finely chop it on a cutting board, add one or two pinches of green to each plate and we can serve the dish on the table, treat relatives and guests.
