Step cooking
- We transfer the fish to the pan, pour cold water, put on medium heat and bring to a boil.
- The resulting foam must be periodically removed from the broth.
- Add a small head of onion and a few peas of black pepper, bring to a boil and cook the broth for 20 minutes.
- We take the fish out of the resulting broth into a plate. It is necessary to cool the fish a little, separate from the seeds and divide its fillet into small pieces.
- Filter the broth and put it on a small fire again.
- Add dried parsley and previously washed rice. Salt to taste. Rice must be cooked until half cooked.
- When the rice is almost ready, add chopped onions and carrots, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the potatoes and cook until almost ready.
- When the rice and potatoes are well cooked, add the previously prepared slices of pink salmon fillet, and also cook for about 5 minutes.
- At the end of cooking, add bay leaf and herbs, bring to a boil and immediately turn off the stove.
- The soup is ready, if desired, you can decorate it with an egg cut into quarters. Enjoy your meal!
Be sure to prepare croutons in addition to the soup, they will greatly enrich the taste. To do this, cut 250 g of the middle part of the baguette into thin pieces about 6 mm thick. Melt 80 g of butter in a microwave or in a saucepan on a stove, mix with 1 tsp. Provencal herbs and 1 tsp. granulated garlic, and wait until the granules dissolve. Pour baguette with this sauce and put croutons on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.
