Step cooking
- Pour water into a saucepan, set on fire and bring to a boil. In the meantime, we take trout, clean it from scales, take out the insides, cut off the head, fins and tail. The washed fish is well washed under running water. Cut the fish into portioned steaks.
- We clean one carrot and wash it. Then cut into strips.
- Sent in boiled water in a pan and cover with a lid.
- We clean the potatoes (5-7 pcs.) And wash them. Then we take a bowl and cut potatoes into it in small arbitrary pieces.
- Put the potatoes in a pan.
- Peel the onion (3 pcs.), Wash and cut into cubes. Pour the onion into the pan.
- One of my bell peppers, we clean seeds and partitions from it and cut into cubes.
- I wash one tomato, cut in half, cut the stem. Then we cut it in half (lengthwise) and cut it into small quarter rings.
- Pepper and tomato are sent to a frying pan and lightly stewed over medium heat until they become soft.
- While the tomatoes and pepper are stewed, put the fish in the pan.
- We spread the stewed tomatoes with pepper there.
- Then add 3 bay leaves, salt (about 0.5 tsp), mix lightly.
- Add freshly ground black pepper to taste, salt.
- We wait another 10 minutes, and the soup is ready.
- We serve it in a plate. We put there a teaspoon of sour cream and half a slice of lemon. Goodies!
Ways of decorating and serving
Trout soup is served hot. He is put on a table in a tureen, and a ladle is placed next to it on a patty plate. Each member of the family or guest is given a bowl of broth or just a deep plate. Slices of lemon and finely chopped greens are placed next to the outlet. It can be not only dill or parsley, but also basil and mint. You can also grind the leaves of herbs in a mortar and slightly sprinkle them with olive oil. For lovers of pungency, you can serve on a separate plate finely chopped hot pepper.
For this soup, put sour cream in a saucepan and put a teaspoon. In addition, you can serve green (dill) sauce, which is prepared from dill, garlic, lemon and olive oil.
Toast can be grilled or toasted in the oven. They are placed on a patty plate next to the broth bowl. In addition to toasts, you can serve fresh buns with sesame seeds or pies.
