Step cooking

  1. Pour water into a saucepan, set on fire and bring to a boil. In the meantime, we take trout, clean it from scales, take out the insides, cut off the head, fins and tail. The washed fish is well washed under running water. Cut the fish into portioned steaks.

  2. We clean one carrot and wash it. Then cut into strips.
    Cut the carrots into strips.
  3. Sent in boiled water in a pan and cover with a lid.
    Put the carrots in a pot of boiling water.
  4. We clean the potatoes (5-7 pcs.) And wash them. Then we take a bowl and cut potatoes into it in small arbitrary pieces.
    Chop the potatoes.
  5. Put the potatoes in a pan.
    Potatoes are also sent to the soup.
  6. Peel the onion (3 pcs.), Wash and cut into cubes. Pour the onion into the pan.
    Grind the onion and put it in the soup.
  7. One of my bell peppers, we clean seeds and partitions from it and cut into cubes.
    Dice the bell pepper.
  8. I wash one tomato, cut in half, cut the stem. Then we cut it in half (lengthwise) and cut it into small quarter rings.

  9. Pepper and tomato are sent to a frying pan and lightly stewed over medium heat until they become soft.
    We pass the tomato and pepper in a pan.
  10. While the tomatoes and pepper are stewed, put the fish in the pan.
    We put fish in the soup.
  11. We spread the stewed tomatoes with pepper there.
    Add the frying of pepper and tomato to the pan.
  12. Then add 3 bay leaves, salt (about 0.5 tsp), mix lightly.
    Add bay leaf.
  13. Add freshly ground black pepper to taste, salt.
    Salt and pepper the dish to taste.
  14. We wait another 10 minutes, and the soup is ready.

  15. We serve it in a plate. We put there a teaspoon of sour cream and half a slice of lemon. Goodies!
