Step cooking
- Pour a small amount of spices into a cup with 10 milliliters of water and mix well with a spoon. This is necessary so that seasonings are saturated with moisture and saturated with water. Spices can be chosen to your taste, which will be to your liking, but it is better to give preference to spices already with salt content.
- We take 400 grams of fresh bread and cut it into small cubes, but always the same, so that they can be evenly fried. Also choose bread to your taste, black or white - it does not matter.
- Sliced bread must be sprinkled with seasoning water and gently mix with your hands so that the spices can be evenly distributed over the bread slices.
- We put a plate of bread in the microwave at maximum power. Warm the bread for 2 minutes.
- After 2 minutes, remove the plate and very carefully mix the bread with a spoon so that it does not stick together and set for another 2 minutes. Then take it out again, mix with a spoon and set for another 2 minutes.
- After 6 minutes, most likely, the crackers will remain a little soft, mix them and set for another 1 minute. You do not need to set immediately for 7 minutes, they will stick together and lose their shape. It is also worth remembering that the total cooking time depends on the amount of bread and the power of the microwave oven, so navigate yourself. The most important thing is not to set immediately for 5-7 minutes, they need to be mixed. If the microwave oven is from new models, then it is better to limit it to 3 minutes, otherwise there is a high probability that they will quickly burn out.

A simple salad with chicken and crackers
Rusks can be either a separate dish or the main ingredient in a simple salad. Take 1 chicken breast, fry it in vegetable oil until golden brown, and then finely chop. Next, take 1 head of Beijing cabbage, chop it and transfer it to a deep pan so that it is easy to mix, and then transfer to a salad bowl.
To chopped cabbage, add 1 can of canned corn, chopped breast, salt a little and mix with the addition of mayonnaise. For dressing, instead of mayonnaise, you can take 2 finely chopped cloves of garlic, Provencal herbs and olive oil.
Put the finished salad on a plate, and sprinkle with our homemade crackers on top.
