Ingredients
Bread "Borodino" | 350 g |
Vegetable oil | 4 tbsp. l |
Salt | 1 tsp |
Curry | 0.5 tsp |
Garlic | 4 cloves |
Step cooking
- Dice the bread.
- Add salt, curry and garlic squeezed through a press into a bowl. Add vegetable oil there.
- Add bread to the bowl, mix well and let the seasonings soak into the bread cubes. We cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the crackers on it.
- We put in the oven, heated to 150 degrees, and fry crackers for 15-30 minutes, depending on how powerful your oven is. Done! Enjoy your meal!
Variations of preparation and use
Rusks can be cooked with any seasonings and spices that you like. Depending on which dish you will add crackers in, you need to use different spices. And these are far from all the options! In fact, you can take absolutely any spices, spices and seasonings for your crackers. And you can add such crackers in salads, soups and cream soups, in mashed potatoes or just eat as an appetizer.
