Kitchenware:

Ingredients

Step cooking

  1. Wash and mince 500 g of chicken liver through a meat grinder.
    We pass the liver through a meat grinder.
  2. Peel and cut into medium slices 2 large onions, 2 carrots and 4 pickles. Pass all the chopped vegetables through a meat grinder to a bowl with a grinded liver, mix.

  3. In a clean bowl, break 2 chicken eggs, beat eggs with a whisk. Add 0.5 tsp. oregano, salt and black pepper to taste and mix everything again.

  4. In a bowl with beaten eggs, add the previously ground liver with vegetables and mix thoroughly.
    Add the liver to the egg mass.
  5. To the resulting mass, gradually add 4 tbsp. l wheat flour, stirring after adding each spoon.
    Add flour to the liver mass.
  6. Add to your mixture 100 ml of milk with a fat content of 3.2% (milk can be replaced with cream 10% -15%). Shuffle.
    Add a glass of milk as well.
  7. Cover your baking dish with parchment paper and coat the sides and bottom with sunflower oil. If your mold is less than 2 L, divide and bake the souffle in two portions. Turn on the oven 180 degrees. While the oven is warming up, pour the souffle into the prepared baking dish. Leave a few centimeters, not adding to the edge of the form, as the souffle will rise during baking.
    Pour the liver mass into the parchment and greased with vegetable oil form.
  8. Put the souffle in the oven, bake for 45 minutes. Check for readiness with a toothpick. Remove the souffle from the oven, wait for it to cool and you can cut it.
