Step cooking
- Pike perch fillet is cleaned of accumulations, washed under running water, dried with paper towels. On a cutting board, cut the fillet into portioned pieces, place in a separate container.
- Three cloves of garlic peel, wash under the tap, rub on a fine grater, add to the container with fish. Here we add 70 grams of mayonnaise and three pinches of black pepper, a teaspoon of dry mustard. Mix everything thoroughly and set aside. The filet should stand for some time to get enough of the sauce, to absorb the taste of spices.
- While the fish is soaked, we take one large enough onion, peel it from my skin, wash it, cut it in half.
- We take out a baking sheet, spread the bottom with olive oil in an amount of 30 ml, do it generously. We spread the chopped onion on a baking sheet, evenly distribute it on the surface of the baking sheet.
- Spread the fillet soaked in the sauce on the onions throughout the baking sheet, add 30-40 ml of water so that the product does not turn out to be too dry after baking.
- Preheat the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees, send a baking sheet with pike perch for 20-25 minutes. After this time, the product will be ready for use.

- Oven baked in the oven can be served with a salad of fresh tomatoes, cucumbers and onions, seasoned with olive oil.
- Put the fish in the middle of a round dish, sprinkle with chopped parsley, put lemon slices on the sides.
- A festive fish dish made of pike perch can be decorated with simple vegetables: bell pepper, fresh tomatoes, lettuce.
- It’s nice to add a side dish to pike perch, for example, rice or potatoes - this will become part of the decor. It is important to ensure that all decor ingredients are edible.

To prepare such a culinary product, you can use a whole carcass of zander. Before use, it should be cleaned of scales, remove the insides, cut off the tail and head. From these parts later prepare a delicious ear. Free the middle part from the bones in the same way as described above, marinate. Cut into slices and bake at the same temperature. Such a dish will also be an excellent ingredient not only in a casual dining table, but also in a festive treat.
