Step cooking
- For cooking, we need one chicken fillet. We wash it, dry it with paper towels. Cut the fillet into large cubes. In general, you can chop the chicken as you wish, but in our experience, the salad is tastier when it has large pieces of meat.
- We wash two bell peppers, remove the stalks and seeds, cut into thin strips. We recommend using bell peppers of different colors to make the finished dish beautiful and appetizing.
- We clean one onion, rinse, cut into small cubes. If desired, the chicken can be cut into half rings. Peel two cloves of garlic, rinse, chop finely. If you do not want to feel the bitterness of garlic in the finished salad, remove the core from each clove.
- We send the pan to the fire and pour 500 g of frozen green beans into it. Note that you do not need to pour any fat into the pan. Add 1 cup of water and, stirring, wait until it evaporates.
- We take the beans from the pan onto a separate plate.
- In the same pan we send the sliced fillet, fry it until golden. If you fry the meat over high heat, stirring constantly, then it will not have time to empty its juice and will remain very juicy.
- We remove the fried meat from the pan, wash it and again send it to the fire. Let it warm, pour the onion, fry until golden brown.
- Pour bell pepper to the onion.
- We warm the vegetables together for a couple of minutes and add the meat with green beans to them.
- Stir, warm literally 1-2 minutes, add garlic.
- Instead of salt, add soy sauce. We used five tablespoons, you can put more or less to your liking.
- With regards to spices - a warm salad and without them it turns out very tasty. Each ingredient has a pleasant taste, which does not have to be emphasized with additional seasonings. But, of course, you can add ground pepper, coriander, paprika, herbs. We recommend that you first taste the salad according to the classic recipe. If it does not completely satisfy your taste, add spices. After adding soy sauce, mix the ingredients and remove the pan from the heat. We can serve to the table. To do this, cover the serving dish with lettuce, pour the beans with chicken and serve still warm.
