Step cooking
- To start, 500 grams of green beans must be boiled. If you take fresh, then rinse it under running water, and also clean it from stems; if frozen, do not need to defrost it before cooking (refer to the instructions on the package). Pour water into the pan (with the expectation that after adding the beans it was all in water with a supply). Bring the water to a boil and salt it. Send the beans to boiling water. Cook over low heat. 7-8 minutes will require fresh beans, frozen beans need to be cooked for 10-12 minutes. After this time, drain the water.
- Peel one onion and cut into a small dice. Peel and chop two cloves of garlic. Add vegetable oil to a hot pan, put chopped onion. Stir fry the onion until golden brown.
- Add the boiled beans to the pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Shuffle. Fry for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- While the beans are fried, beat 4 chicken eggs in a deep bowl. Salt and pepper them. Beat eggs lightly with a fork.
- Add chopped garlic to the beans.
- Send the beaten eggs to the bean pan.
