Step cooking
Prepare the products
- Carefully clean red fish from scales, then rinse thoroughly. Cut the trout into steaks, the thickness of which should not be less than 2 cm.
- We wipe each piece well with a paper towel to get rid of excess moisture. Cut two thin rings from half a lemon and, if necessary, remove the seeds. Squeeze the juice out of the remaining lemon, then filter it through a gauze or small strainer.
We assemble the product
- A baking dish of suitable diameter is carefully lined with foil. Thoroughly lubricate the foil with 10-20 ml of refined sunflower oil.
- Add a small amount of ground allspice over the oil. It will give the dish a special wonderful aroma. Salmon trout steaks on both sides and lightly pepper. Determine the amount of salt and pepper yourself, focusing on your own taste. We spread the prepared fish in a baking dish on top of the foil.
- Sprinkle steaks with filtered lemon juice. On top of each piece of trout, put a circle of previously cut citrus. We wrap the foil, forming a kind of bag in which the fish is hidden.
Bake fish
- We heat the oven to a temperature of 250 ° C. We send prepared steaks to the preheated oven. Bake the fish for 20 minutes.
- We remove the product from the oven, and then unfold the foil and drain the resulting juice.
- We return the trout to the oven, setting it on the grill under the top ten. This action is necessary so that the steaks are well browned and become more appetizing. We hold the steaks for several minutes, after which we transfer them together with the foil to a flat dish.
