Kitchen appliances and utensils:cooker, cutting board, knife, dish, mills, ribbed steak pan (if you don’t have one, use an ordinary pan with a thick bottom), a garlic press, plates.

Step cooking
- Defrost salmon steaks, rinse under running water and pat dry with paper towels on both sides. Put on a dish. First of all, we will pickle. We carefully add with the help of a mill, and the fish will take as much salt as necessary. If you don’t have a mill, it’s okay: salt with your hands. Salt should be neither small nor iodized (simple stone or simple sea).
- Turn the steaks over and salt them on the other side. Pepper is quite a bit (to taste). Turn over and pepper on the other side. Sprinkle steaks with dried rosemary seeds (about ¼ teaspoon seeds go to one side of the steaks).
- Then, so as not to turn the steaks once again, immediately sprinkle with ground ginger on this side (approximately ¼ teaspoon ground ginger goes to one side of the steaks). Ginger will give a special taste and reveal a very interesting aroma of fish. Cut half the lime into quarters. Juice one quarter of lime sprinkle all the steaks on one side. Lime will give a great taste to our red fish. Do not spare the lime juice. The fish should be soaked and marinated well, so squeeze it well. Gently turn the steaks and repeat steps 5-7.
- Now we proceed to frying these handsome steaks. Turn on the hotplate on medium heat. Heat a special ribbed steak pan and pour about 2 tablespoons of olive oil. If you do not have olive oil, you can replace it with any other refined vegetable oil.
- Holding the handle of the pan, distribute the vegetable oil so that all the edges of the pan are in oil.
- We clean two cloves of garlic, wash it and squeeze it through a press into a pan with olive oil to make our fish more spicy.
- When the pan heats well, put the first piece of fish on it. Fry on each side for about 2-3 minutes. During frying, so that the oil does not splash onto the stove, the pan can be covered with a special cover with holes.
- We wash the lemon, two tomatoes, parsley and rosemary, and let the water drain. We pour lemon over boiling water. We cut the lemon into rings and put it on the serving plate on one side of the steak. Cut the tomatoes into large slices and spread on the opposite side of the steak with several sprigs of parsley. A sprig of rosemary completes the composition of the steak with a spicy delicate-garlic flavor.
