Step cooking
- Put a sheet of foil in the baking dish. When choosing the size of the sheet, keep in mind that you need to completely wrap salmon. Lubricate the foil on the bottom of the mold with olive oil (1 tablespoon) using a cooking brush. If you do not have olive oil, use any odorless vegetable oil.
- Sprinkle the center of the foil with dry rosemary greens (5 grams). Spread the grass over where you put the fish (you don’t need to sprinkle the entire bottom of the mold).
- Sprinkle the same portion of the foil with dry ginger (5 grams), black pepper (5 grams).
- Add the seasoning “For fish” (10 grams) to the foil.
- Put a steak (1 piece) pre-grated with salt (to taste) on the prepared foil area.
- Lubricate the entire top surface of the salmon with olive oil (1 tablespoon) using a cooking brush. Due to the oil, the meat inside the piece will remain juicy and tender.
- Sprinkle the fish with the remaining dry rosemary (5 grams).
- Sprinkle the steak with ginger (5 grams), ground black pepper (5 grams) and seasoning for fish (10 grams). Spices, herbs and seasoning will give the dish a delicate aroma. Rosemary herb is especially in harmony with the taste of salmon.
- Wrap salmon in foil. Put the mold in the oven, heated to a temperature of 200 ° C. Bake fish for 15 minutes.
- Serve the steak by decorating the plate beautifully with greens, fresh or pickled vegetables. Salmon steaks are eaten hot only, cooked immediately before serving.
